What we expect
- Listen without judging. Every experience is valid.
- Speak from what you lived, without telling anyone what they have or what to take.
- Protect privacy: do not share other people’s data, or yours if you would not want it known.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, mockery, insults or pressure on others.
- Diagnosing, recommending or discouraging medication.
- Instructions or details for self-harm.
- Advertising, sales, chain messages or illegal content.
If something bothers you
You can block a person and report a message or profile. The Aura team reviews reports, may remove messages and limit or close accounts.
If someone is in danger
If you think someone may hurt themselves, write to them gently, suggest reaching a trusted person or emergency services, and report it. See Safety and emergencies.
Important. If you are in danger right now, call your local emergency number (911 in the US and Canada, 112 in the EU and the UK 999) or reach someone close to you. Aura is not an emergency service.
