How to use Aura, in a few lines.

What Aura is

A space for company between people, with groups, an AI assistant and an SOS function. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment or an emergency service, and it does not guarantee anyone will answer an SOS request.

Who can use it

People aged 18 and over, with an email they can verify. You are responsible for what you write.

How to treat each other

The community guidelines apply. We may remove messages and limit or close accounts that break them.

Aura Plus

It costs USD 22 a year, paid annually by card, renews every year and you can cancel any time from the Plus section. If you cancel you keep Plus until the end of the paid period. The general group, immediate help, the assistant and SOS are free.

The assistant

It is an AI. It can make mistakes and does not replace a health professional. Do not use its answers to decide about medication or diagnoses.

Deleting your account

You can do it any time from “Delete my account” in the app. Your data is erased and your subscription cancelled.

Changes

If we change these terms we will say so on this page with the new date.
