How Aura works
Aura is company for panic and anxiety, from your phone. Here is what it offers and what it costs.
Free
- Help now: guided breathing and a grounding exercise. No sign-up or payment.
- My personal plan: write down what helps you and who to call. It stays only on your device.
- AI assistant: listens at any hour, without judging. It is an AI: it does not diagnose or replace a professional.
- SOS: ask the people in your network who agreed to keep you company, by voice.
- The general group “Un día a la vez”: a space to share with people who live the same thing.
Aura Plus: USD 22 a year
We charge for the subscription to filter out spam and other abuse, so the groups stay cared for. It opens the other groups (Panic Room, Episodes, Leaving home, Fear of the next attack, Family and partner, Therapy and professionals, Supporting someone), lets you create your own and adds private chats with your contacts. Paid once a year by card; cancel any time.
Your privacy
The three onboarding answers are private, your email is not shown and you can delete your account and data whenever you want. Read the privacy policy and the terms.
What Aura is not
It is not therapy, it does not diagnose and it is not an emergency service. If you are in danger right now, call your local emergency number.
